BackgroundThe Events Centre at UN Geneva manages a wide range of cultural events, exhibitions, and meetings at the Palais des Nations. Over time, much of its equipment has deteriorated due to intensive use, affecting safety and presentation quality. The replacement of heavily used materials is essential to ensure functionality, safety, and professional standards for event setup.
ScopeThe project includes the replacement of easels, exhibition panels, presentation screens, tables, hooks, stripes, and nylon strings. These upgrades will improve the quality, durability, and flexibility of event installations, supporting diverse formats.
